Shipping Policy

At ServingHot.in, we take utmost care in delivering our spices, seasonings, and condiments to your doorstep in their purest, freshest form. Because spices retain their optimal aroma and potency when handled efficiently, we partner with Shiprocket to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable nationwide delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing on the following business day.
Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and location.

Free Shipping Offer: Free standard delivery is available on all domestic orders above Rs 95/- to 250/- and more.

3. Courier Partners & Order Tracking

Through our primary logistics network Shiprocket, your package is routed using top-tier courier partners across India (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and DTDC) depending on the fastest pin code serviceability.

You can track your shipment in real time using the tracking link sent to your registered email/phone via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can also track your package directly on our website under [Track Your Order] by entering your Order ID or AWB number.

4. Special Handling for Spices & Condiments

Aroma-Tight Packaging: To preserve essential oils and prevent contamination or moisture damage, all spices and condiments are vacuum-sealed or multi-layer packed before dispatch.
Leak & Spillage Proofing: Liquid condiments (e.g., pickles, oils, prepared sauces) are sealed with tamper-evident caps and bubble-wrapped for safe transit.

5. Undelivered Shipments & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact numbers are accurate.
Courier executives will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept a COD delivery, return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund amount.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Because spices and food products are perishable items, we inspect every seal before dispatch.

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with on the outside, please do NOT accept the delivery from the courier agent. Take a photo/video and notify us immediately.
If you open the parcel and discover a leaked or broken container, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at emailsixsworld@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9121582426 with:

Your Order ID
Clear unboxing photo/video of the damaged item

We will arrange a quick replacement or issue a refund per our Returns Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, ServingHot.in delivers only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to bring our authentic spice blends overseas soon!
